FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS:  Memorial Sports Medicine is proud to offer free pre-participation physical exams for your athlete for the 2024 - 2025 season!   All local athletes (incoming 7th - 12th grade students) are able to receive their physical with the Memorial team, with availability June 1 - July 31.  Physical forms are on the bookcase outside of the office.  See FLYER for details
